- 1 Container Organic Cherry Tomatoes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Basil Leaves
Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Place in bowl.
Drizzle about 1/4 cup of olive oil over tomatoes, to taste.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Add basil leaves, torn into small pieces.
Mix slightly, stirring once or twice with a wooden spoon.
Serve on a fresh lettuce leaf.
